Founder’s Story : Combat To Corporate –
A Journey of Transformation

As a military man (that too a 3rd generation soldier) with over two decades of combat experience, I thought I had seen it all. The pressure of high-stakes missions, operating in Counter Insurgency areas, heliborne operations, the constant physical and mental demands and the urgency of survival in some of the most challenging conditions on earth – I believed I had learned to manage stress and burnout fairly well with discipline, resilience and mental toughness. After all, when you're trained to operate under extreme pressure, you adapt.

But nothing prepared me for what awaited me in the civil world.

When I transitioned from the military to civilian life, I thought that the challenges I faced in uniform had forged a sense of strength that would carry me through anything. Yet, despite navigating high-intensity environments, the stress, exhaustion and demands of civil life hit me like a wall. The constant pressure to perform, the never-ending cycle of meetings, targets and deadlines—it was a whole different beast.

I quickly realized that this kind of stress wasn’t about the physical demands or the immediate risk of danger. It was the kind that slowly, quietly erodes your health, your energy and your spirit that cannot be ignored. The mental weight of it all was far heavier than I ever imagined.

I had been trained to endure, but this was a new kind of endurance—one that required more than just strength; it required balance, understanding and deep personal care. I had to learn how to manage stress in a whole new way—one that was sustainable, healing and holistic. I found that the very tools I had used to survive combat didn't necessarily work for the battle I was fighting within.

That’s when the turning point came. I began exploring wellness not just as a luxury or a fleeting trend, but as a necessity for mental, emotional and physical survival in this new world. I dove into mindfulness, nutrition, physical movement and emotional resilience—approaching wellness not just as self-care but as an essential strategy for thriving.

I understood the concept of Balance of Nature. I now firmly believe that if people achieved tranquillity, within, they would be at peace . As I took control of my health and well-being, I felt a deep calling to share what I had learned. I knew there were countless others, especially in the corporate world, who were silently struggling with stress, burnout and the crippling effects of work-life imbalance. I wanted to build a space where individuals could find the tools, support and community to reclaim their health and happiness.

That's when I founded URBAN SAINTS—to bring the lessons I learned in combat and adapt them to the modern-day pressures of corporate life. I want to help you build resilience, find balance and prioritize your well-being in a world that often asks for too much.

The journey from military service to civil life was challenging, but it opened my eyes to a deeper truth: wellness is not just a nice-to-have. It’s essential for lasting success and fulfilment. My mission is to empower individuals to find their own strength—not just in surviving but in thriving—no matter what battles they face.

If my story resonates with you, know this: you don’t have to face the pressure alone. Together, we can create healthier, more resilient lives—one step at a time.
